Deluxe Cheesecake

This recipe comes from The Good Housekeeping Illustrated Book of Desserts. I documented this cheesecake which I made for a friend's wedding. It is a creamy cheesecake and I make it with a graham cracker crust instead of the pastry crust that the original recipe calls for.

1 3/4 cups sugar
5 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
3 tbsp flour
2 large egg yolks
