Ingredients:

About half a cup of flour
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
4 large eggs
4 packet 8oz cream cheese
half a cup of yogurt (any flavor will do but plain is good if you want the 'classic' new york cheesecake
2 tablespoon lemon juice
vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
and fianlly crumb crust if you dont want to make your own. I will show you how to make your own at the end of this thread but I prefer spending 2 bucks instead of the hassle of making it. Also let your cream cheese sit out in room temp for about 2 hours, so it will be soft.


Step 1:

In a very large bowl, combine yogurt, flour and one tablespoon of cornstarch. Add cream cheese and beat well, I use my hands to mix it (gotta make sure your hands are clean though) this is better than a beater because the cream cheese is kinda hard.
