Tomato and Cheese Omelette with Mushrooms
Tomato and Cheese Omelette with Mushrooms

Preparation Time: 30 minutes or less Cooking Time: 30 minutes or less Serves: 1

Ingredients:

- 3 or 4 eggs, depending on how many people the omelette is feeding
- About 3/4 of a cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 an onion
- A handful of mushrooms
- CHEESE
- Salt and pepper
- Cooking oil (or more butter)

First, pick some of your favourite eggs from the fridge.


Step 1:

Crack them into a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of milk for every egg, and NO MORE. Any more milk and your omelette will burn.
